Procedure for filing a complaint -

Investor can lodge complaint / grievance with "Stock Broker / Depository Participant Name" through Email to designated grievance email address of "Stock Broker / Depository Participant Name" - "Designated email address for grievance"

Status of the Complaint filed -

For Status of the Complaint filed, the response will be received on your registered email address within seven working days from the date of complaint filed.
